Pleasant and fairly clean budget hotel. Favourable, fantastic location in Liverpool, so close to the cavern club which is around a 5minute walk away and Anfield stadium and bars and restaurants. Also, near Liverpool station.

The shower pressure is disappointing, and the temperature swings. Despite requesting proper restocking, the shower products and toilet roll often fell short. Room temperature was an issue too-the AC just couldn't keep it cool enough. Moving from the spacious Room 401 to the darker, smaller Room 515 was quite jarring, especially considering the substantial upgrade fee paid for the original room. Plus, a breakfast selection that tended toward the lukewarm didn't quite hit the mark, and some amenities felt a bit lacking, like the TV in Room 401 not functioning, leading to an unexpected move. There's also a noticeable absence of proper maintenance attention, with cold dribbles from the basin tap causing delays for a simple morning routine.

The room was spotless and huge with tea, bedroom, for instance and the overall experience was really nice. The breakfast was great with freshly cooked omelette and had plenty of food. The staff was accommodating all day long.

Location
Gym changing rooms dirty, staff keen to get us out of gym before closing time, turning off steam and sauna etc. Breakfast disappointing for money.

Great location and comfy stay!
Had a fab night! The place is super close to the theatre, and the staff were so professional. The suite was nice and cozy, perfect for lounging. I loved the downstairs bar area, really chill vibes. Only thing was the food could've used a bit more flavor. Still, the breakfast spread was spot on!

Pool closed for refurbishment and not advises when booking. Foul stench in hotel of blocked drains made one feel sick. Very dark room.
